    Project 1

    New Build Small House in Marquette, MI

    We built this small house in Marquette for a client as a second small living space. The foundation is a mono slab footing with a cinder block crawlspace built on top, then we stick framed a standard 1 bedroom 1 bath on top of that, finished with a standard truss package, architectural shingle roof, and vinyl siding. The interior includes hickory cabinetry, quartz counters, and wood flooring throughout, built to handle Upper Peninsula snow loads and freeze thaw cycles.     Project 2

    Custom Breezeway and Full Siding Remodel in Marquette County

    For this build we custom built a breezeway connecting the garage to the house, sided the entire house and garage, installed new doors, and added a new mostly glass garage door. The breezeway features a custom cedar tongue and groove ceiling that ties the indoor and outdoor living spaces together. It is a super cool build that shows off our custom carpentry and exterior remodel work across Marquette and the Upper Peninsula.     Project 3

    Driveway Replacement and Drainage Install in Marquette County

    This job included a full concrete driveway replacement with a segmental block retaining wall, a new culvert, and a sewer and french drain install to move water away from the house and garage. Proper grading, catch basin placement, and drain tile keep spring melt and heavy Upper Peninsula rain off the slab, which protects the concrete through freeze thaw cycles.     Project 4

    Room Addition in Ishpeming, MI

    For this project we built a large addition onto an existing home in Ishpeming, framing a vaulted ceiling with custom triangle gable windows, installing new windows and patio doors, siding the addition to match the house, and finishing the interior with hickory flooring, hardwood trim, baseboard heat, and a new half bath.
